RadiGlobe Terms of Use

Effective date: October 1, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Svezhin Iliev ("we", "us"), the developer of the RadiGlobe app ("RadiGlobe" or "the app"). By downloading or using RadiGlobe, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What RadiGlobe is

RadiGlobe is a directory and player for internet radio stations. Stations are found through the Radio Browser community directory, and audio is streamed directly from each station's own servers.

We don't own, operate or control the radio stations, their broadcasts, their logos or their availability. Stations may change, go offline or stop being available in RadiGlobe at any time. We don't guarantee that any particular station will be available or will work.

2. Free and Pro

RadiGlobe is free to use, with limits:

• advertising and promotions,
• a limited amount of listening before a short promotion or ad break,
• a limited number of presets,
• access to the most popular stations in some views, with the rest available in Pro.

RadiGlobe Pro removes these limits. The features included in each plan are described in the app and may change over time. If we reduce what an active paid plan includes in a significant way, we will tell you in the app.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

• Pro is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase that gives you Pro for as long as RadiGlobe is available and supported, without recurring payments. It is tied to the store account used to buy it and can't be transferred.
• You can restore purchases on a new device signed in to the same store account, using "Restore purchases" in the app.

4. Acceptable use

You may use RadiGlobe for personal, non-commercial listening. You agree not to:

• get around the free plan's limits, ads or purchase checks,
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows,
• use the app to rebroadcast, record or redistribute stations' content,
• use the app in a way that breaks any law or harms the app, its users or the stations.

5. Third-party content and trademarks

Station names, logos and broadcasts belong to their owners. Showing them in RadiGlobe doesn't mean the stations endorse or are affiliated with RadiGlobe.

If you own or represent a station and want it removed from RadiGlobe, contact us at the address below and we will act promptly.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering RadiGlobe or any of its features. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app. If you keep using RadiGlobe after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimers

RadiGlobe is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the app or any station will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in your country.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of RadiGlobe. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for RadiGlobe in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

9. App Store terms

If you got RadiGlobe from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app doesn't conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where the consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you more protection.
